Test Purchasing

Today Nunnery & Battenhall and Warndon Safer Neighbourhood Teams conducted test purchases of knives and blades in retailers, with the assistance of Police Cadets.

It was pleasing to see the majority challenged the cadets and refuse to sell them the weapons, however, a few continued to sell the youth illegal products. 

If you have concerns over any businesses selling blades to under 18's please inform Police or Trading Standards and robust action can be taken.
